bacon wrapped scallops

Ingredients
10 scallops10 slices of bacon1/2 C orange juice1 garlic clove1/2 tsp. dill seed1 T mustard1/4 C maple syrupdash of salt, pepper & dried parsley
Directions
10 scallops make 5 servings of 2 scallps ea.
rinse scallops in cool water & drain off excess water.
fry 10 slices of bacon to soften, but not fully cook. place bacon on paper towel to drain off excess fat.
mix orange juice, garlic, dill seed, mustard and maple syrup together & set aside.
wrap bacon slices around scallop & secure w/ 2 criss crossed tooth picks
place wrapped scallops in marinade & marinade for up to 1 hr. then broil, burshing w/ marinade until scallops are done
