500 ml vanilla rice milk1/2 cup basmati rice100 ml soya cream50ml xylitol2-3 tsb raisins1/2 tsp finely ground cardamom seedspinch of saffron
Boil the rice in the milk on a medium flame until the rice is cooked (12 mins). Stir frequently to avoid burning the milk.
Add the soya cream, sugar and raisins. Stir till the sugar dissolves and the mixture thickens. Add cardamom.
Serve hot, garnished with saffron.
