Ingredients
Olive Oil, 1 tbspOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 3 tsp chopped Anchovy 3 oz, boneless Tomatoes, canned, whole,3 can crushed Basil, 2 tbsp chopped Black Olives 10 large chopped salt and pepper to taste
Directions
saute onoins in olive oil till soft
add garlic and anchovies, stir for one min.
mix in remaining ingredients and simmer for 45 minutes.
serves 8

    This is an awesome dish. Goes great on pasta, chicken or fish. I added capers at the end with fresh basil. We don't even simmer ours for this long. Picky grandsons love this too. - 12/26/09
