3 cucumbers peeled, cored and diced very small8 oz fat-free sour cream8 oz fat-free cream cheese1 tsp onion powder1 tsp garlic powder (or salt)Worchestershire sauce
mix all ingredients - add worchestershire sauce, garlic and onion to taste! Serve with Ruffles or other ridged chips!
