Blueberry Cream Smoothie

Ingredients
* Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain - 1 cup cooked * Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed * Trader Joe's Organic Vanilla Lowfat Yogurt, 1/4cup * Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp * Water, tap, 1 cup
Directions
I usually pre-cook about 6 servings worth of oatmeal ahead of time and refrigerate. Follow package directions for 6 cups. This is the stove top version not the instant.

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
