Salisbury Steak (Ground Turkey) with mushroom gravy

1 lb ground turkey2 tsps worcestershire sauce1/2 small onion, finely chopped (grated if kids don't like chunks)1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning blend1 tbsp olive oilHeinz homestyle rich mushroom gravy
Combine meat, worcestershire, onion and steak seasoning in medium bowl. Score the meat to create 4 equal portions. Form each 1/4 into an oval pattie, approx 1 inch thick. Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over med-high heat. Add patties to preheated pan. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side until meat is evenly carmelized on the outside and juices run clear. Add jar of gravy to pan, reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
