Pineapple Bourbon Shrimp

Ingredients
* Wal Mart small cooked shrimp (peeled and deveined with tail off), 14 oz * Fischer & Wieser Charred Pineapple Bourbon Sauce, 3 tbsp * Garlic, 3 tsp * Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp * Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 1 tsp * Spinach, fresh, 3 cup nonstick spray
Directions
Thaw shrimp under cook running water and season with Mrs. Dash. Put saucepan on medium heat. Spray pan with nonstick spray. Saute garlic and ginger. Add shrimp. Add sauce. Bring to a boil. Add spinach. Cook until spinach is bright green and tender. Serve with brown rice. Yummy! Makes 3.5 half cup servings
