tortilla chip pie

Ingredients
Extra virgin olive oil2 cloves garlic, mincedhalf or whole small onion chopped1 lb ground turkey 15-19 oz can enchilada sauce8 oz can tomato sauce12 oz can 15 oz can refried beans2-4 cups of crushed tortilla chips 1 cup shredded cheese (mexican style)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Pour the EVOO into the pan and cook the onions until soft.
Add the garlic and cook 1 minute more.
Add the ground turkey, breaking up large peices, and cook until no longer pink.
Add corn, beans, tomato and enchilada sauces and stir.
Lower to medium high heat and continue to cook stirring frequently letting it simmer.
Pour most of of the crushed tortilla chips into the bottom of a 9 by 13 dish making a crust.
Pour the meat mixture into the dish.
Top with the shredded cheese and rest of the tortilla chips.
Bake for 15 min.
