*Azumaya Extra Firm Tofu (1/5 package = 2.8oz = 79g), 2.8 oz (remove)*Azumaya Extra Firm Tofu (1/5 package = 2.8oz = 79g), 2.8 oz (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3.5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)*Cooking spray Pam 1/8 tsp, .5 gram, 3 seconds?, 2 serving (remove)
Chut Tofu in little chunks .Stir fry till they are browned.
Take a pan and put the olive oil. Make a 'tadka' of zeera, ginger garlic,turmeric, coriander (A basic indian Tadka) .Once they are 'cooked', put in the onions and tomatoes .Let that cook. then add the tofu .All done.
