Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
4 potatoes1.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 tsp salt.5 tsp pepper2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 450

Cut the potatoes into 1/4 inch slices. Coat the potatoes with the remaining ingredients. Bake the potatoes at 450 for 25 minutes. Flip the potatoes and bake for another 15 minutes.

    The potatoes were so full of flavor!!!!!!! A perfect side. I had to adjust the amount of ingredients though, which is normal. I kinda of just added accordingly. - 4/8/08
