Spicy Tuna Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients
2 sm. cans tuna in water-drained3 fresh jalapeno peppers- diced1/4 c. fresh cilantro- diced1/4 c. onion- diced2 tbsp. Ranch Dressing5 leaves Romaine lettuce5-10 slices whole grain or seven grain bread
Directions
Drain tuna, dice all vegetables and mix together in a bowl. Add 2 tbsp. ranch dressing. Serve on 10 slices whole grain or 7 grain bread.

Makes 5 sandwiches= or you can skip the bread and make lettuce wrap sandwiches if you are really watching carbs.
