Flounder Nabe

Ingredients
1 Flounder fillet2 tsp. soy sauce1 packet of dashi stock1 oz of shrimp1/4 cup of mushrooms1/4 cup of sliced carrots1/4 head of sliced cabbage2 tsp. of mirinsalt to taste
Directions
Boil chopped and sliced ingredients together and add in soy sauce, mirin, and dashi, simmer about 3 minutes and serve hot from the pot. Makes about 2 1 1/2-cup servings.
