Banana Mango Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup orange juice, fortified with Calcium1 ripe banana1 cup of frozen mango chunks, thawed1 cup Fage fat free Greek -style yogurt, plain1 cup crushed ice is optional, for a frozen drink, but the flavor is more intense without it.
Directions
Combine all ingredients in your blender. Blend until smooth. Pour half into one glass and half into another glass. Makes 2 servings
