Red Potato Salad

Ingredients
1/2 4lb. bag of red potatoes1 cup regular mayo1 cup decide hardboiled eggsDash of black pepper for taste..
Directions
Cut up potatos into quarts and place in a pan of boiling water. Boil for about 30 minutes.

Drain and cool the potatoes.

Mix in a bowl the mayo, cooked potatoes and hardboiled egg.

Add pepper as you like it.

Makes 10 1- cup servings.
