Ingredients
1 Pkg refrigerated Pizza Crust dough4 oz Ground turkey, 93% lean4 oz Ground Beef 93% Lean1/2 raw Onion, chopped1/4 c. sliced fresh mushrooms1 can Tomatoes, Diced with garlic & olive oil 1 Cup Ragu Sauce Light - Tomato 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil,1 tsp. minced Garlic4 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
Directions
Lay dough out on a cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick spray.
Brush 1/2 of the dough with 1 tsp of the olive oil.
Brown meats onion, mushrooms, and garlic, in remaining oil, and drain.
Spread meat mixture on the half of the oiled dough to within 1" of the edge.
Mix tomatoes and 1/2 of the sauce together and pour over top of meat.
Sprinkle with cheese (reserve about 2 Tb)
Bake in oven for about
Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until crust is golden. Put on platter and heat remaining sauce in microwave for about 30 seconds. pour over top of calzone and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

    I substituted pork sausage and added red peppers and spinach to the vege mix. We don't like chunks of tomatoes so those were eliminated. I used cottage cheese instead of Mozzerella. Delicious and will make it again. - 7/29/08
