Ingredients
1 Cup Red Mills GF All Purpose Baking Flour, 1 Tbsp. sugar, 2 Tsp. Baking Powder, 1/4 Tsp. Salt, 1 medium Banana smashed, 1 Cup Soy Milk (light) and 2 Tbsp. cooking oil.
Directions
Mix dry items :1 Cup Red Mills GF All Purpose Baking Flour, 1 Tbsp. sugar, 2 Tsp. Baking Powder, and 1/4 Tsp. Salt into one bowl and mix 1 medium Banana smashed, 1 Cup Soy Milk (light) and 2 Tbsp. cooking oil into another bowl and add wet ingredients all at once into dry mixture. Stir until all mixed (the mixture will be lumpy) and start cookin!
