Fast & Easy Stir-fry

Ingredients
16 oz. Turkey Smoked Sausage, cut into 1" pieces1 cup Sugar Snap Peas, cut in half1 small Red Onion, chopped4 medium Scallions, chopped2 cups Broccoli2 cups Mushrooms1 cup Bean Sprouts1/2 Red Pepper, chopped1/2 Yellow or Orange Pepper, chopped1/2 Green Pepper, choppedLow-Sodium Teriyaki SaucePepper to taste
Directions
Cook onions,mushroom and peppers in extra virgin olive oil over medium-high heat 5-10 minutes. Add snap peas and broccoli cook for additional 5 minutes. Add bean sprouts and cook a couple minutes, remove from skillet. Add kielbasa into the same skillet, cook for 5-10 minutes to brown, add Teriyaki sauce & cook an additional 5 minutes. Return veggie mixture to pan and cook 3-5 minutes to reheat. Serve with or without brown rice or wheat noodles.
