cheddar mini meatloaf

Ingredients
2 eggs1 ¼ cup skim milk4 oz cheddar cheese¾ Cup quick oats½ Cup chopped onion1 teasp salt¾ pound 85% lean ground beef2/3 Cup ketchup¼ Cup brown sugar1 teaspoon mustard
Directions
In bowl, beat the egg and milk. stir in cheese, oats, oonionand salt. Add beef and mix well. shape into eight loaves place in a greased 13 x 12 x 2 baking dish.
Combine ketchup, brownsugar and mustard, spoon over loaves

Bake, uncovered at 350 deg for 45 minutes or until the meat is olonger pink and meat thermometer reads 160 deg

    I have made this recipe for years. My husband won't eat any other meatloaf. I make it with half venison and half ground beef. It also makes great sandwiches - 3/30/15
