Peanut Butter, smooth style, 1/4 cup *Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 1/3 cupBrown Sugar, 1/3 cup packedSesame Oil, .1/4 cup whole wheat spaghetti style pasta (dry), 12 oz Scallions, raw, 3 large (reserve some for garnish)*chilli pepper or crushed pepper, 1/4 tsp *3 Garlic cloves mincedGinger, ground, 1 tsp Water, 2 tbs
Makes approximate 5-6 1.5 cup servings
Start a pot of water to boil for spaghetti.
In a small saucepan whisk together peanut butter and soy sauce on lower heat. Once combined - stir in remaining ingredients and keep over low heat until pasta is ready
Cook the spaghetti til al dente, drain, return to pot.
Toss sause to coat and serve with remaining scallion as garnish.
