Courgette/Zucchini hummus

Ingredients
2 zucchini, chopped
½ cup lemon juice
1 cup raw tahini (substitute regular tahini if you need to)
4 tbsp olive oil
½ cup raw sesame seeds
1 tsp salt
1 ½ tsp cumin
Directions
Put all ingredients in your Vitamix and blend to a rich perfection!

Alternative, do the same in a food processor, but you may have to stop and spoon down the sides to make sure you get a nice and smooth hummus.
