Ingredients
1/2 cup whole grain oats1 cup water1 scoop Trader Joe's vanilla whey protein powder1 tbsp crushed walnuts1/2 bananaPinch of cinnamin
Directions
Pour water over oats in a bowl and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Add protein powder, walnuts, and banana. Add cinnamin to flavor. Enjoy!
