1/2 cup kernel corn1 cup sliced summer squash1 cup sliced zucchini1 cup chopped broccoli1 cup frozen peas & carrots1 cup diced potatoes1 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped celery1 cup diced green bell pepper2 cups diced tomatoes8 cups of water1 cup Ragu spaghetti sauce1 can tomato soup4 beef buillon cubes1 cup white rice1 lb cooked and crumbled ground beef1 tsp garlic1 tsp salt1 tbsp pepper4 tbsp grated
1. Add all ingredients to a very large soup pot except parmesan cheese.
2. Bring to a boil reduce heat.
3. Simmer on low until vegetables are tender.
4. Serve as meal with italian bread or a sandwich.
