Ingredients
* Turkey breast meat, 16 ounce(s) (remove) * Garlic, 4 cloves (remove) * Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kirkland (1 tbsp=3tsp), 3 tsp (remove) * Capers, canned, .33 tbsp, drained (remove) * *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields (remove) * Swanson low salt chicken broth, 3 tbsp
Directions
Add all ingredients, except capers, to cold skillet. Cook on medium low until turkey is just cooked through. Add capers. Deglaze with broth and a short spray of Pam butter spray.
