Ingredients
.5 t olive oil1 Mahi Mahi filet, about 3 oz.1 lime1 lemon1 honey1 Tamari soy sauceCilantro, fresh and choppedBlack pepper, freshly groundCrushed red peppers
Directions
Lightly oil a small baking dish and add the Mahi Mahi fillet, defrosted;
Squeeze the juice of 1 lime and 1 lemon
Drizzle with 1 T of honey and
1.5 T tamari
Pat on chopped fresh cilantro
Add freshly ground black pepper and
several shakes of crushed red pepper

Flip the fillet, so the ingredient can coat both sides.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes at 300º.

This mild flavored fish readily takes on the flavors you offer it. This is a nice combo of tastes, a hint of spice but never overpowering, that can go with plenty of side dishes without overwhelming them.
