Sweet Tofu Yogurt (Low Calorie Snack)

Ingredients
12.3 oz extra firm drained tofu3.5 oz Bio-K Plus Dairy-Free soy culture fermented probiotic1 Tbsp Flax Oil Omega - 31 cup of berries1 tbsp lemon juice1/4 tsp vanilla extractOPTIONS: you can also do 1/2 cup of blueberries and 1/2 cup of strawberries. If you want you can add sugar (Sweet N Low, Splender, Equal), I ussually put one Sweet N Low.
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
