* Trader Joe's Organic Vanilla Lowfat Yogurt, .5 cup * Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 1 cup, thawed * Trader Joe's Vanilla Whey Protein Powder, 1 serving * Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp * Quaker Oatmeal, 1 cup cooked * water, 1 cup
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
