Phil's Skinny Chicken

4 boneless chicken breasts, cut in half and pounded flat1 cup all purpose flour1/2 cup bread crumbs1 egg3/4 cup milk2 tbsp garlic powder1 tbsp onion salt1 tbsp of paprika1 tbsp salt and pepper
Mix egg and milk together to make egg wash. Mix flour, bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion salt, paprika, salt and pepper to make coating. Dip each breast in egg wash letting the excess drip off. Coat both sides with bread crumb mixture and shake off excess.
Heat a skillet with 1/4 inch vegetable oil unitl oil shimmers. Lay chicken in pan, and cook for about 2 minutes each side or until golden brown. (Oil must stay hot enough to maintain a medium-high bubbling so the chicked doesn't absord a lot of oil.)
Serves 4.
