Chicken Fingers with Sweet Fries

2 Chicken Breast,boned and skinned and sliced3 Tbs. Newmans Own Low Fat Sesame Ginger Dressing ( can use Italian Low Fat, or your favorite flavor)1-2 cups Panko Bread CrumbsOlivio, Olivio Buttery Spray ( Olive Oil Spray)1 Med. Sweet Potatoe Sliced
Place oven at 350 degrees.
Roll chicken strips in dressing, then Panko,and spray with cooking spray. Spray cookie sheet with oil spray, then place chicken strips in pan.
Put in preheated oven for 60 minutes.
Turn twice in between cooking.
Put strips of sweet potato on cooking sheet after being sprayed with cooking spray.
Spray potatos with spray.
Bake for 30 minutes.
