Taco Calzones

Ingredients
1 Lb. Ground Turkey1/2 a large green pepper1/2 a large Red pepper1/2 a large yellow onion1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend 2%Taco seasoning2 rolls of Pillsbury pizza crust ( thin)1/2 can of Black beans1/2 can of corn(put the remaining beans and corn in freezer for next time or for soup)
Directions
Brown the ground turkey, add the veggies and saute till tender. Roll out the Pizza crusts and cut into 6 peices.
Add a large spoon full of meat mixture to each square on one side and fold each into a triangle. Seal edges and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 12 servings. Very easy to modify this recipe using leftovers or a variety of vegetables and flavors.
