I was looking for a recipe to use some items I won in an Italian gift basket and came across this one. Turned out very good! My only compliant is that it was a bit watery - the directions didn't say whether or not to drain the tomatoes, so I drained about half the can. - 6/15/10

Thanks for the feedback. I don't drain the tomatoes, so I don't know why it came out watery for you. I'm sorry that happened. Hopefully you were able to tweek it a bit to make it work.

I couldnt find the reduced fat cheese, so I used regular which increased calories by 10 per serving and fat by 2.5 grams per serving. This was delicious! I might try next time to cut back on cheese a bit to save some calories. - 6/9/10

I"m glad you liked it! Cheese is my weakness, but I don't think cutting back would hurt the meal at all!
