Pineapple Almond Chicken Salad with Greek Yogurt

Ingredients
4 Slices Pineapple1 10 oz. can Chicken2 TBSP nonfat plain Greek Yogurt.5 TBSP Mayonaise2 TBSP sliced almonds
Directions
Spin sliced pineapple in food processor until soft (or use crushed pineapple).

Mix chicken, yogurt, pineapple, almonds and mayonnaise together.

Serve over salad or on a sandwich. Makes 5 1/4 cup servings.
