SBD Crockpot salsa peanut butter chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces (remove)Peanut Butter Maranatha, 4 tbsp (remove)Salsa, .75 cup (remove)Braggs Amino Acids, 6 tsp (remove)Ginger Root, 2 tsp (remove)Lime Juice, 1 lime yields (remove)*Snow Peas, fresh, 1 cup (remove)Scallions, raw, 6 medium (4-1/8" long) (remove)
Directions
Mix all ingredients except chicken and snow peas. Place chicken and snow peas in the crockpot and pour mixture on top. Depending on your crock pot, cook 2-4 hours. Serve over rice (not included in calories)
