Turgloff Beef Kebab

600g (1lb 5oz ) lean beef500g (1lb 2oz) tomatoes, peeled and de-seeded1 garlic clove, crushed200g (7oz) peppers200g (7oz) onionsJuice of 1 lemonCelery saltTarragon saltSalt and black pepperFresh parsley to garnish
Crush the tomatoes and simmer with the garlic in a frying pan over a gentle heat. Season to taste.
Cut the meat, peppers and onions into chunks.
Put them on to kebab sticks (skewers) and grill for about
10 minutes either on the bbq or under the grill.
When you are ready to serve, remove the ingredients from the sticks, sprinkle with lemon juice and add some celery and tarragon salt.
Pour a little of the tomato sauce on to each plate.
Adjust the seasoning and garnish with the parsley.
