Ingredients
1 can of Goya Chick Peas(1.5cup)Half a cup of Water3oz. Beef Tip Round, in cubesOlive oil 2Tbls.1 Garlic Clove, finely chopped1 cup of Chopped TomatoesChopped Onion 3Tbls.Chopped Scallion 2Tbls.salt, Pepper & oregano, to taste
Directions
in a sauce pan put the olive oil, mix in the onion, the garlic, the scallion and the tomatoes,stir for 5 min. in medium heat, add the chick peas, the beef, and the water. season with salt, pepper and oregano.simmer for 30 min. in low heat.
this recipe is great to make up your lunch and dinner.
