Native American Soup w/ wild rice & mushroom

Wild Rice, .33 cup 2 c. waterOlive Oil, 1 tbsp Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Rosemary, dried, 1 tsp *Flour, white, .75 cup Salt, .10 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Milk, 1%, 1 cup Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can6 cups water6 packets no sodium chicken bouillon Herb Ox
Cook the rice in a seperate pan w/ 2 c. water for 45 min. simmering.
Heat olive oil add onions & mushrooms. Saute about 3 min. heat. add rosemary, pepper & salt. Add flour gradually to mushrooms mixture; cooking & stirring frequently over med.-high heat. Heat until mixture boils. Add chicken bouillon & water stir well. Cook 1 min.; stir in resevered wild rice & any remaining liquid. Stir in soup & milk. Do not boil. Serve immmediately.
Yield 12 1 cup serving.
