Crunchy Carob Coconut ice cream topping

Ingredients
1/3 cup bran (rice or oat)1/3 cup reduced fat unsweetened coconut1/4 cup carob powder or unsweetened cocoa powder1 TBSP honey and 1 TBSP agave OR use 2 T Agave and no honey
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a ziplock baggie, seal, and mix with your hands until it forms small to medium clumps. Makes 3 large servings - about 1/3 cup each.
