Mialynne's meatloaf

Ingredients
1lb ground chuck1 egg1/4c chopped onions1/4c ketchup1/4c or so of crushed crackerssalt and pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and form into a loaf. Place in roasting pan with about 1in of water. Bake at 350 til browned. Cover with lid and continue to cook about 45min - 1hr. Remove meatloaf to a cookie sheet. Cover the top with more ketchup and continue to bake til ketchup becomes sticky. Makes 6-8 1" slice servings.
