Ingredients
1lb ground chuck1/2c onion1/4c green pepper2 jalapeno peppers1 can diced tomatoes2 cans tomato sauce1 envelope chili powder1 can water1 1lb box spaghetti1 bag shredded mild cheddar cheese
Directions
Brown and drain ground chuck. Add next 7 ingredients (down to spaghetti) and bring to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer approx. an hour. Boil spaghetti. Serve spaghetti topped with chili topped with cheese. This is a Cincinnati way of eating chili.
Makes approx. 6-8 servings.
