4-Boneless skinless chicken breast8 tbsp fat free Italian Dressing
Put the chicken breast in a casserole dish, well, any dish as long as it is deep. Pour the Italian Dressing over the chicken. Bake at 375 for 40-50 minutes. Yep, that's it. Serve with vegies and brown rice for a great meal!

I've done this before myself. I usually use oil and vinegar (olive oil being a healthy oil to use) and often make my homemade salad dressing, which just means adding a few spices like garlic and lemon pepper (Mrs. Dash has a lemon pepper blend with no salt).
