~ 1 scoop protein powder (any brand containing minimum 25-30 gr of protein per serving)~ 1/2 cup water~ 1 single serving packet of lime flavored crystal light~ 1 single serving yogurt (fat free/sugar free, any flavor)~ 1 cup frozen kiwi slices
Add all ingredients to a blender/mixer and blend untill smooth. Serve cold.
