Spaghetti Surprise

1 bag Whole Wheat Spirl pasta2 cups Spaghetti sauce1 can mushrooms (drained)2 servings Turkey Pepperoni2 Tsp Brown Sugar2 tsp Fennel Seed1 cup Ricotta Cheese, fat-free1/2 cup Reduced fat shreeded cheddar cheese
Cook pasta per instructions on bag and set to side.
In another bowl mix spaghetti sauce, brown sugar, fennel seeds, ricotta cheese and mushrooms. Add cooked pasta.
In a 9x13 pan add half of the pasta. Put one serving (17 pieces) of turkey pepperoni scattered. Add the remaing pasta and put another serving of turkey pepperoni. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes (make sure cheese is melted on top)
