Easy Hamburger and Rice Casserole

1.5C Onion (diced)1lb Lean Ground Beef2C Minute Rice1 can Rotel tomatoes w/green chiles1 can Cream of mushroom soup4t Garlic2.5C Water
Saute Onion and garlic. Add Ground beef and cook till browned.
In Casserole dish (or Dutch Oven) put rice, rotels, soup. Put ground beef mix on top of all that. Add Water and stir to mix.
Cover and cook at 350 for 1 hour.
This can be done in a slow cooker on low for 7 hours.
This serves about 8 (1 cup servings).
