Creamy Fruit Dip

8 oz low fat cream cheese6 oz sugar free, fat free vanilla yogurt1 tsp vanilla extract3 tbsp Splenda
Soften cream cheese in large mixing bowl.
Beat on medium speed with mixer, gradually add yogurt, vanlla extract, and Splenda.
Whip on high until light and fluffy.
Use as a dip for your choice of fruit such as peaches, melon, apple slices, or pears.

This recipe sounds great! However, unless I'm missing something, exactly how much, quantity that is, equals 1 serving? Recipe says it makes 16 servings. That would be? how many spoonsful? Sorry! I would really like to serve (EAT) this but don't want to divide into 16 portions. Sorry thanks! - 5/20/09
