adding just a little brown sugar makes it taste like caramel dip - 12/16/08

I love fruit like apples dipped in caramel or cream cheese dips. This is a nice, low-cal dip in place of the "sugary" recipe I have. I also experiment with this dip by adding things like cinnamon, lemon zest, chopped pecans, etc. Good Recipe! - 9/16/08

yes this is excellent...I left out the vanilla and splenda and added Polaners Strawberry Preserves with splenda, fantastic! - 2/3/09

I use lemon yogurt and 1 t lemon juice instead of the vanilla extract. Gives it a little tartness. - 7/22/09

My family loves this, and it's my very favorite dip recipe. It's fast and easy. I always have some on hand for summer fruits. I make it once or twice a week. Dilute with more yogurt for a delicious fruit salad dressing. - 12/26/08

I would prefer people to use Xylitol or Stevia, a more natural alternative than the chemical sweeteners, but otherwise it is a great recipe. - 5/20/10

Served this to guests last night and it was a total hit. It would be just as good with another extract flavor; such as almond. - 3/15/09

I'm guessing, but I would think a serving size would be about 2 tbsp. I would use FF cream cheese and add 1 tsp of lemon or lime juice for about 1/2 the calories - 9/16/08

This recipe sounds great! However, unless I'm missing something, exactly how much, quantity that is, equals 1 serving? Recipe says it makes 16 servings. That would be? how many spoonsful? Sorry! I would really like to serve (EAT) this but don't want to divide into 16 portions. Sorry thanks! - 5/20/09

I made something like this before but instead of yogurt, I used Sugar Free Cool Whip. Great taste with no tang. I also have friends that do not like Splenda and have made this with sugar and Strawberry Cool Whip. - 12/16/08

I bet FF cream cheese would be just as good and adding 1 Tablespoon of peanut butter would be good with the apples. - 9/16/08

I love this recipe just as is...no changes but best part is you can alternate many flavors to change and make it doable to match any fruit! Definite a keeper - 7/26/10
