Directions
Makes 3 servings
-Preheat oven at 350 F
- In a medium saucepan melt butter in low heat ad Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and mix well.
- Season Tilapia with salt and pepper to taste. Place on a greased baking pan. Pour sauce over the fillets and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cooked through,
