Ingredients
1 pkg original Yves Veggie Ground Round1 19 oz can Red Kidney beans1 can baked beans1 can mushroom (or fresh)1 19 oz can tomatoes1 medium onion, diced1 cup green pepper diced1 pkg Old El Paso Reduced sodium taco seasoning mix
Directions
makes 8 one cup servings
put all ingredients into slow cooker; let simmer on low for 6 to 8 hours. Can be cooked in 300 deg oven for 3 hours.
