Grind oatmeal in food processor or blender. Combine oatmeal, wholewheat flour, salt and yeast. Pour milk into glass bowl and add honey (I use liquid honey), and canola oil. Microwave liquid till nice and warm, not hot and stir until blended. Pour liquid into flour, mix and knead dough until smooth. Form into ball and place into oiled bowl,cover with cloth, and let rise until double in size.Punch bread down once and form into loaf or 12 dinner buns. Let rise once more and bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or till bread sounds hollow when tapped.
