Breakfast cookies 2 (lower calorie)

Ingredients
1/2 cup splenda1 1/4 cups oats2 cups whole wheat flour1/2 t salt1 1/2 t baking soda1/2 t baking powder1/2 cup raisins1/2 cup craisins3 large egg whites1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1/4 cup prune or raisin puree1 t vanilla extract1.5 T water
Directions
Mix all ingredients and plop by LARGE spoonfuls on a pammed cookie sheet and press down to 1/2 inch high. Cookies won't flatten much while cooking, nor will they crisp with extra baking time. Cookies will be chewy, or dry, depending on baking time.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.Makes 16 cookies, 116 calories each.
