8 oz. LF. Coffee Yoguart1 cup Milk 1/%1 small Banana1 tea. Hershey Cocoa Special Dark1 tea. Splenda4 ice cubes
Directions
Place everything in blender and mix till frothy.

ENJOY---You can also freeze this in popsicle form for a late night snack.
