Directions
Prepare lentils according to package instructions. Marinade Chicken w/ the poultry seasoning, achiote, and turmerick and a little bit of orange juice to wet the chicken. Add Olive oil to skillet, saute onion, garlic, and tomato... Dice chicken and add to skillet. Add cooked lentils to mix and cook to let all ingredients mix. Eat with a side of cooked white rice.
