Grandma's Cranberry Salad

Ingredients
1 cup fresh whole cranberries1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup Splenda1/2 cup chopped celery1/2 cup nuts (walnuts or pecans)1/2 orange with peeling on 1/2 tsp lemon juice1/8 tsp salt1 small box strawberry gelatin1.5 cups water
Directions
Grind the cranberries. Add sugar and splenda an let stand for 2 hours. Add chopped celery, nuts, lemon juice and salt. Mix well. Take 1/2 orange with peeling and grind it also and add to mixture. Mix strawberry gelatin with 1.5 cups boiling water and let stand until cooled off a little. Add gelatin to mixture and put in 9" square cake pan. Makes 9 servings.

Serving suggestion: serve on bed of lettuce with a dab of Miracle Whip or mayo (not included in nutritional content)
